The Old Archaeological Museum of Chalkida is located within the city, a short distance from the hotel, in a space combining a courtyard and a 20th-century neoclassical building.
It houses exhibits from all over Euboea, dating from the Paleolithic to the Late Roman period, with an emphasis on funerary monuments, statues, sculptures, inscriptions, ceramics, tools, and miniature art.
